Baby steps....you can get through this!
  1. Bury or drown beneath a huge mass.
  2. Defeat completely.

That is the dictionary definition of overwhelmed.  It is a pretty good representation in words isn't it?  What about the feelings that come along with being overwhelmed, and the consequences of those feelings? What do you do when you feel this way?

Changes

It's been a long time since I've last posted.  No worries though! I haven't given up on being positive, I just went through undergrad graduation, and then getting right into Grad school! It's been a busy year for me for sure.  I've learned so much, I've lost so much, but I've gained much more. Changes in our lives are the hallmarks of learning and growing! They can be exciting, nerve racking, and educational all at the same time! What are some changes you've been going through lately? Have you learned from them? Have you been stopped in your tracks by them?

Here's a picture from one of my new favorite blogs (http://hipstertheatrepictures.tumblr.com/), and words from one of my favorite Sondheim Musicals! Words for thought....

I am hoping to get writing again everyday, so if you're following me still or are looking forward to some new positive, encouraging, and uplifting posts, keep posted! I'm looking forward to writing again!
